Where Is This in 1939 Baltimore?

Looking closely at the image, we see Tru-Fit Clothing in the background. This was located at 507 East Baltimore Street. We did some poking around and think this view below is the same. What do you think?

    The tall building on the right is the Maryland Casualty Tower Building, which the city disgracefully tore down at the northwest corner of Baltimore and North. The tall building on the left is the Baltimore Trust Building which has gone by many other names, but is Baltimore’s most famous Art Deco skyscraper at Baltimore and Light Street.
    The view is from East Baltimore Street where you show it, and the view is unrecognizable today. The 1939 view is the one I remember. (unfortunately)
