Check this out. It shows Teddy Roosevelt in Baltimore on September 28th, 1918 for the fourth Liberty Loan campaign at the old Oriole Baseball Park. He’s wearing a mourning armband for his son Quentin, who was killed in aerial combat over France on July 14th, 1918.

Others in the film include Cardinal James Gibbons, Governor Emerson Harrington, and Frances Folsom (i.e., Grover Cleveland’s widow – who remarried).
